7.0/10
I had a mixed experience at the hotel; the rooms were spacious and quiet with a good shower and comfortable bed, but they smelled strongly of stale cigarettes. The location was convenient, right over the harbor, making it easy to access downtown activities but in a semi-industrial area. The dining was pleasant with great views across the channel, although a bit overpriced. The service was accommodating and knowledgeable about local activities, but the lack of consistent mask-wearing was a concern.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were large, perfect for all our ski gear, which I loved.
Service
8.0
The staff accommodated us immediately and even gave us a more convenient room due to my back injury.
Location

The hotel's position over the harbor offered great views, though it was in a semi-industrial area, which was only a short walk to downtown activities.
Dining
5.0
The restaurant had great views, but the prices were way overpriced for the average quality.
Facilities

The facilities were sufficient for our stay.

7.0/10
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, close to downtown and with easy access to activities, but the rooms were outdated and in need of some cleanliness improvements. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and accommodating staff, but the dining experience fell short of expectations. Overall, it was a decent stay, with room for improvement in certain areas.
Rooms
6.0
The room was very spacious with 2 queen beds, living and dining area. Unfortunately, it was lacking AC or fan, making it necessary to keep the windows open for cooling, which let in some noise from outside. The cleanliness was subpar with outdated decor and some hygiene issues like toothpaste in the sink and used toiletries left out.
Service
9.0
The staff at the hotel were wonderful to interact with; from the front desk to housekeeping and the wait staff, everyone was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to assist with any needs we had. Their service was a definite highlight of my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short walk from downtown activities, with easy access from Eagan Drive and ample parking available. It was ideal for accessing the town, grocery store, and even for reaching the Uncruise small ship cruise departure dock and their Conference Hall meeting point.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience, while close to downtown and offering great views across the channel, was not satisfactory. The adjoining restaurant did not meet expectations in terms of food quality and service. This was a bit disappointing considering the promising surroundings.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities at the hotel were average. While there were no specific issues, they also did not stand out as exceptional. Some areas felt dated and in need of refurbishment to enhance the overall guest experience.

6.0/10
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were huge with 2 walk-in closets, but they were severely in need of renovations. On the bright side, they faced the water, but the room heating/cooling system was an issue.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were spacious but in need of renovations. They were also handicapped accessible.
Service
8.0
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided extra pillows and were always ready to help with any questions. I liked having a Keurig in the room.
Location
7.0
The location was great, allowing easy access to the town and a grocery store. However, it was negatively affected by the Cruise population.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was not satisfactory, especially because breakfast was not included in the price.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel lacked HVAC despite the convenient location. However, it was close to the Uncruise departure dock and downtown.
